Message from Director

Bhogendra Raj Dotel

6th director of PHC Revitalization Division.

Health status of Nepalese citizens has improved over the years, albeit inequitably. Disparities in health status continue across wealth quintile, region, caste, ethnicity, and urban settings. The inverse phenomenon of growing dissatisfaction but rising expectations regarding health care services among the citizens is paramount and this has to be penetrated in a reliable way. I am committed to provide free basic health services to all citizens and ensure there is reliable and easy access of health services to urban poor, marginalized and disabled.
